This project focused on designing and implementing a fully automated User-Generated Content (UGC) workflow using n8n.
The system collects UGC from multiple sources (forms, social media, and APIs), validates and moderates the content using rule-based logic and AI services, and then routes approved content to publishing platforms or internal dashboards.

Key automation flows include:

• UGC intake via forms, webhooks, and social platforms

• Automated content validation and spam filtering

• AI-assisted moderation and sentiment analysis

• Approval workflows with notifications (Slack / Email)

• Auto-publishing to CMS or storage in databases

• Analytics and logging for audit and reporting

The solution reduced manual effort, improved content quality, and enabled scalable UGC management.
