OOHLA is a comprehensive out-of-home (OOH) advertising management platform designed to help clients easily understand, plan, and execute billboard and digital screen placements. At the core of the platform is the Campaign Builder, where clients can create and edit campaigns, select billboard or digital screen locations using grid and map views, and review available site variations. Built-in validations ensure that each selected screen meets campaign requirements, helping clients make informed placement decisions.
The Scheduling module allows clients to define campaign visibility in detail, including days of the week, daily start and end times, plays per hour, and share of voice. Schedule configurations are managed through a dynamic AJAX-powered modal, enabling users to list, edit, or delete schedules without page reloads.
Pricing is handled through a transparent Impressions-based Pricing model, supported by configurable product and service fields such as operating hours and percentage sales. This structure allows clients to clearly understand how costs are calculated for each placement and schedule.
Campaign start and end dates, along with rotation windows, are stored within the system, enabling clients to align their advertising timelines precisely with business goals or promotional periods.
The platform also includes quotation and contract management, allowing clients to review pricing, selected sites, schedules, and terms before approval. Integrated notification and approval workflows, including verification and rejection flows, keep clients informed in real time using visual feedback through toastr and SweetAlert notifications.
